Pagenue Pro ($9.50, paid once) comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If Pro isn't useful to you, email us within 14 days of buying and we'll refund the full amount. You don't need to give a reason.
How to ask
Email hello@pagenue.com from the address you bought with, or include your payment receipt. We reply within 3 working days.
What happens next
- The refund goes back to the original payment method through Dodo Payments, our Merchant of Record.
- Banks usually take 5 to 10 working days to show it.
- When the refund goes through, your account goes back to the free plan, and Pro skills can no longer be downloaded or installed.
After 14 days
Because Pro is a digital product you get right away, we don't normally refund after 14 days. If you were charged twice, or you paid but Pro never showed up on your account, email us at any time and we'll fix it or refund you.
